Shipping policy

 

Aloe Skin Studio will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between UPS, USPS, and FedEx and may arrive in multiple packages. Requests for a specific carrier are not guaranteed, but may include an additional shipping charge, if accommodated. Orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Standard Delivery
Aloe Skin Studio offers free standard shipping on all orders of $100+. For orders totaling less than $100, there is a shipping cost of $12.00.

Expedited DeliveryExpedited Delivery
Aloe Skin Studio can offer expedited shipping service via UPS or FedEx, but is not responsible if the service level is not met by the carrier. The customer will be charged for the expedited shipping cost.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
